Return Policy
We accept return requests within 24 hrs of delivery for eligible products.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- It must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- All original tags, authenticity cards, and dust bags must be attached and included.
- It must be in the original, undamaged packaging.
- There must be no signs of wear, damage, or exposure to perfumes, lotions, or makeup.
- Note: Customized, personalized, or explicitly marked "Final Sale" items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy (Please Read Carefully)
- Non-Refundable COD Shipping Rs. 99/-: All shipping and handling charges associated with COD orders are non-refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellations, RTO, or standard returns.
Please Note: COD shipping charges (Rs.99) are non refundable in case of cancellation. And the cancelled request can't be accepted after the dispatch product, however if you want to cancel the order or deny to accept the parcel the RTO charges will be deducted from your refund amount and the rest amount will return to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Damaged products received upon delivery.
- Manufacturing defects.
- Incorrect products delivered.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order along with clear photos of the issue.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery by sharing:
- Order Number
- Product Images
- Unboxing Video (required)
Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement if approved.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping charges will be borne by Lookstep Paris.
- For all other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
